Nice malty but dry beer with some caramel aroma and sweetness. Good bitter finish. As it warms some dark fruit aromas come out. Overall a very drinkable interpretation of Märzen beer.

Reddish brown colour. A bit too dark for the style (isn’t it?). Fluffy creamy head. Aroma of bread, caramel, toffee, yeast. Medium body. The taste is sweetish and softly bitter (hoppy finish). It’s deffinitely a quality drink for a mass production.

Bottle from Lituanica, Snow Hill, Birmingham. Chestnut brown with a long lasting small head. Fruitcake and caramel aroma - very Christmassy. This is wonderfully smooth with strong toffee malt notes, sweet but balanced enough to not be too sickly or heavy going. Very drinkable and I really enjoyed this.
