Aroma is metallic and grassy. Flavour is....haunting......i know there is something in there i’ve tasted before but I can’t place....that aside, there is some corn sweetness, a touch of bitterness, and a metallic finish. Dry finish. tomer (380), Rishon Le Zion, Israel

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 23, 2008 500 ml bottle. Light golden colour. Crystal clear. Tall white coarse head that clings strongly to the glass. Delicate citrusy aroma with some hints of grass and flowers. Light-bodied. Dry hoppy flavours with a strong lingering medicinal powdery hop flavour. Very dry hops flavour, feels like they’re life-absorbing and won’t let anything go. Drinking this beer is like having a blow-fish attached to your left leg. phishpond417 (1935), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 18, 2008 While we may not always enjoy the beer here, in its country of origin, the taste suprisingly changes. Pours a straw yellow body with a very obviously highly malted mouthfeel and a very grainy taste. Sort of grassy in ways, with a well carbonated body . A medium sized head that seems to stick around throughout the end. nearbeer (1834), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Clear pale golden with a medium-sized, lasting meringue head that leaves some nice lacing. Delicate, mild honey and citrus grass aroma. Flavor is spicy grain toasted with honey, dry grass, and maybe some crisp apple and cinnamon. Light-medium body is dry and tingly. Pleasant surprise. DownsouthGav (602), Greater London, England

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 9, 2008 500 ml bottle from Total Wine in Roseville. Strange scent of veg? Brassy golden color with a white head that came and left. Medium body with coarse, but creamy carbonation. Flavor is malt, herb? and a strong amount of bitter for a pale lager. Must be a mysterious version of noble hop - herb/veg. The bitter builds with time, and that tends to salvage what otherwise would be just another Euro pale lager. This one is worth the drinking to see where hop and balance can go. Rather clean, almost crisp. The flavor improves with consumption. At half bottle, it’s really fairly tasty.
