Medecinal bitter flavor with vegetable notes. Unpleasant but luckily short aftertaste. Not recommended. pumpkinheart (63), Aurora, Illinois, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 27, 2007 Updated: Jan 7, 2008Bottle. Poured into Svyturys branded 0.5L lager glass.
Svyturys recommends serving at 37.4 degrees F and I can see why. The warmer this beer got, the more it tasted like bitter, stale baked goods. To be fair, I’m not much of a lager fan. The head disappeared as fast as it arrived. I didn’t like the intense carbonation, either. Aftertaste stuck around far too long.
EDIT: I’ve had a couple more of these from the 8-pack I purchased and should note, in all fairness, that it really isn’t as bad as some of the usual suspects. I could likely even develop a taste for this particular brand, if need be. gam (1092), brisbane, Australia

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 11, 2007 0.5l bottle. Pours a very bright, clear yellow. Looks like carbonated apple juice. Doesn’t really have a smell. Very little head, and what is there dissipates quickly. Palate is somewhat watery, somewhat oily, and quite smooth. Taste is a little bitter but otherwise not special. Pours a light pale yellow, very large and nice head that sticks around for a good while. Aroma of grainy malts and some hoppy character. Flavour is sweet and bready with a citrus hop presence in the finish. Medium body and feel. Light carbonation. Not a bad lager.

Well I just had to, it was there. Light rice beer, some flavours with a light lemony tanginess. Grainy and thin, but not too bad.
