Sigmund (2197), Hafrsfjord, Norway May 13, 2005 330 ml bottle, now available in Norway. Golden colour, large foamy head. Strong perfumed aroma of shampoo, flowers, molasses and green apples, not entirely pleasant. Flavour is grassy with lemon notes, some sweetness. Low bitterness. Drinkable, but no masterpiece. haf (333), Gijon, Spain Apr 29, 2005 Otra maravillosa cerveza lituana. Rubia no muy fuerte pero tampoco muy suave.
Buen precio bb (2905), Martinez, California, USA Apr 11, 2005 Bottle. Pale golden beer with a big white head. Citrus and light malt aroma. Bready notes with some grassy and spice notes. Easy to drink. iambeer (255), Ontario, Canada Apr 9, 2005 The nose and eye were let down by this one, the tongue was satisfied, a nice touch on a hot day. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA Mar 29, 2005 This was o.k. Nothing particularly special but more flavor than i expected. light gold color with virtually no head, flavors included lemon grass, hops, and little malt present. meh, it was cool. Shag (1922), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA Mar 29, 2005 This was decent enough anyway. Not complex in the least but a decent hot weather beer. Light yellow appearance with almost no head. A very grassy and lemon presence in the flavor. Fiend (104), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Mar 28, 2005 This beer didn’t have much aroma even with the thick head and intense carbonation. I found the hopp flavor more prevalent than the malt. It did have a lingering bitterness and nice finish. My overall impression lowered the rating as this beer wasn’t all that memorable...its like the Molson Canadian of Lithuanian beer! presario (2953), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Mar 28, 2005 Highly carbonated crisp gold with a big fluffy white head. Minimal aroma. Hops are more dominant than the malt. Dry beer with a long hop finish. Hops are bitter but without specific flavour.
