Pours a very clear light yellow colored body. Grainy aroma, corn flavored. Light taste. Corn, lagery, grainy taste. Very vegetably. Not bad, but a little heavy. Wish these lagers tasted better, this one was too vegetably and corny tasting.

Feb 3, 2008 Bottle. This is about as close as a Eurolager can get to being an American Macro. Clean, crisp, pale yellow, foamy white head, unassuming, uninsulting. You can taste the wateryness of the rice filler, it almost reminds me of Kirin. This would probably go well with Chinese takeout. Next.

Aug 10, 2007 Updated: Jul 28, 2008It pours out an unimpressive straw color, but it intrigues with a honey-malt aroma. A little thin on the palate, but with a solid flavor - pleasantly grainy with a honey-malt undertone and a mellow aftertaste. This would probably go nicely with chicken or a sandwich, and it is fine on its own.

May 27, 2005 I guess Liquidsolutions.biz pushed this hard enough for my neighbor to buy. What a huge mistake that was. Poured a golden yellow with a big white head. Looks decent. That’s as good as it gets. Hints of malt and light hops in the nose along with some undesirable funk. Flavor is equally weak....basic lagery malt and minimal bitterness. Thin mouthfeel, watery macro-swill mouthfeel. Blech. I’m very disappointed at how the liquidsolutions site is pushing this...I quote "It runs a bit on the malty side with an herbal lemony hop flavor". What a joke.

Oct 1, 2006 500 mL bottle. Gold with a bit of head. Aroma of apples and ... dust? Taste is fairly sweet, but there’s a lovely bitter finish. Taste really lingers. Really good for a lager.

Sep 21, 2008 Bottle. Did not like it. Light yellowy gold colour with a thin white head. Metallic and watery with a dry finish. Not a massive fan of pale lager but had much better than this. No, no and no.

Mar 18, 2007 A pale yellow with a reasonable head. Strawy but intense. A very nice drop to quench the thirst. Abit pilsnery I thought.
