May 4, 2009 Light yellow, with quickly diseappering head. Not really foamy, so it does not match the BJCP definition of a Munich Helles or Dortmunter Export.
Malty aroma.
Sour salty(!) flavour. Somer power, and
well balanced with hop. No obvious alcohol in the equation.
Thin-medium body. To thick to be refreshing.
I’m not well versed in german style beers, and I could not classify this according to BJCP. However, since it is not overly sweet with some hop, I would guess this is a Munich helles.
Not very interesting.
Purchased in Krakow.

Aug 20, 2004 Very light colour. Grainy and thin. Som citrus but mostly corn flavours are dominant. Not bad malt bottom. Nothing special.

Aug 1, 2004 bottle. light translucent golden in appearance. Fluffy white head. grass, bread, cereal, and perhaps some hops are all evident in the aroma. Somewhat hoppy, but not really in a good way. This stuff is quite bland and uninteresting.

Jul 26, 2005 Mild and bland (but not falvorless) Lithuanian import. Seems to be a local fav among some friends, but I’d call it another beer in a bottle. Not terrible, but there are many other, better, beers out there.

Feb 13, 2005 Bottle. Yellow colour with a medium white head. Malty hay barnyard aroma and taste. Medium body and a sweet finish.

Dec 30, 2007 Not bad. I haven’t had much luck with Eastern European lagers but this was a pleasant surprise. Pale golden color with a full white head. Slightly lemony aroma with some slight hops detectable. Pleasant if uncomplicated malty flavor. Nice mouthfeel and smooth finish.

Aug 22, 2005 Updated: Jun 19, 2007Bottle (500ml). Poured a very pale clear yellow with an enormous soapy looking freakishly white foamy head. I was afraid the lacing might be permanent, or a CIA mind-control device. Mild aroma - I get small almost equal portions of yeast, mild hops, sweet mild sugary malt, a little sweet tree fruit in there too. Gets nose-crinklingly vegetal as it warms. Taste - well, there isn’t much. Very icing sugar sweet, some artificial gummy bear pear and banana, almost imperceptible hops; make sure you drink it before it warms up. Mouthfeel is a just watery. Not awful, but any beer you have to serve at the surface temperature of one of Neptune’s moons is to avoided on principle.
