JUBILIEJINIS 1784 (5,4% vol.) is a unique beer made according to the outstanding technology that is rarely applied throughout the World and is called krausening. This technology was invented in Bavaria 800 years ago. The beer is a skilful mix of new and mature beer. It is matured in cold cellars of ŠVYTURYS twice longer than usually. That is why it has such subtle and harmonious taste, and that is why it’s scum is chard till the last swallow. JUBILIEJINIS 1784 is the beer of highest category and quality. It is the second sort of beer from ŠVYTURYS traditional collection. This beer is a present of ŠVYTURYS 220-ieth birthday to large number of Lithuanian beer lovers. It is available in 0.5 litre bottles. The first lot of JUBILIEJINIS 1784 was a collectable rarity – exactly 220 000 first bottles were marked with individual collection numbers. The bottle of JUBILIEJINIS 1784 No. 220 000 remained at ŠVYTURYS brewery. This symbol of remarkable ŠVYTURYS birthday will always remind of honours jubilee celebration moments. Džuljeta Armonienė, the Chief Technologist of ŠVYTURYS, confessed: „Experienced brewers say that the most important things to make a good beer are malt, cold, yeast and brewers conscience. We used all experience that ŠVYTURYS gained in 220 years when brewing JUBILIEJINIS 1784”.
