Tap @OIB, Vero Beach, FL.
Deep golden color, small off-white head, some lace. Citrus, a bit resiny aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, piney-resiny flavor, citrus. Not really showing its ABV. Sweetish aftertaste. Ok.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap @ Swamp Head. Orange hazed orange pour with white foam. Definitely on the sweet side. Dried pineapple and apricot along with a heavy dose of caramel. Some hints of pine and citrus rind. Decent enough orange and maybe some grapefruit. There’s a fair bit of brown sugar as well. Not bad, if not on the sweet side.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A clear golden amber IPA with a thin white head. Another meaty and floral hops aroma, with some nice muskey notes, almost sexual. In mouth, an intense malt with nicely balanced floral hops, oily resins, quite nice and classic, warming alcohol, just right. On tap at Cigar City, May 22 2010.

Draft - Orange, caramel and a bit of booze. Cloudy copper orange with a thin white head. Sweet caramel, orange and a bit of booze. Like a Barleywine with the big malt build. Nice, and a direct relative of Big Nose.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light orange pour, white head. Lots of ruby red grapefruit flavors, not overly bitter but has a nice sweet malty base that balances the hops. Pretty nice IIPA.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft... Mildly hazed, light amber ale with a mid-sized, creamy – yet fat-bubbled – white head. Fantastic retention. The aromatics are heavy with peppery hops, grapefruit, peach, pine and resin. Full-bodied and creamy with moderate carbonation. The flavor is nothing but hop and alcohol bitterness and astringency. Assertive, aggressive and nearly offensive. Where’s the malt? Finishes liquor-like, harsh and bone dry.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Kickbacks. Pours a clear light amber with a decent white head. Okay retention and little to no lace. Aroma on this is very funky- almost like unblended lambic (I shit you not). There are some geuze notes in here of horse, sour fruits. Taste is just full on hop bitterness, wheat, herbal medicines, some sickly sweet malt. And then background geuze notes. Maybe an infection in this batch? Could be the beginnings of something very good- an IPA lambic (!!).

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled from the tap at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a hazy amber with a yellowish brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet grains and caramel with a thick sappy pine hop note. Flavor starts with more bitter pine has some sappiness and a bit of caramel in the finish to balance the bitterness.
