4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20Of IPAs, one of the most balanced. Aroma is sweet and hoppy, with enough zest. Color is orange and opaque with a large white head. Taste is bitter but sweet, hop melding with sugar sweet. Palate is just the right thickness. Great IPA.

On draft at the Brass Tap in Trinity, poured a dark orange color with aromas of citrus, loads of pine and some grain. Flavors were pine, light citrus, caramel and more pine. A solid DIPA that I am very glad I finally got to try this one.

Sampled from the tap at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a hazy amber with a yellowish brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet grains and caramel with a thick sappy pine hop note. Flavor starts with more bitter pine has some sappiness and a bit of caramel in the finish to balance the bitterness.

Reminds me of Shmaltz Lenny's RIPA. Full bodied, sweet, malty flavor. Plenty of hops. Really good.

Really caramel-heavy, sweet DIPA that offers nothing beyond a semblance of grapefruit and orange marmalade in the nose. Totally undrinkable.

Orange, mango, citrus awesome with touch of caramel sweetness . Really nice. Flavor adds a lighter sweetness and ends boozy long.

Draft at Hunahpus Day. Pours orange/gold with a medium off white head. Aroma is caramel malt, apricots, oranges, and hops. Flavor is sweet fruits (apricots, oranges, pineapple, grapefruit) up front and turns into a nice piney hop bite with some booze on the back. Medium/full body. Really good beer.
