Translucent deep amber color, extremely frothy off-white head. Pine, floral, caramel, hints of dates, and overcooked vegetables. Surprisingly light sweetness followed by equally light bitterness in the back. Smooth, almost medium-bodied, and a very brief finish. Little booziness.

The Big Nose has a medium body in a dark amber pour. There is a spiciness to the hop flavor, which is full but not overbearing. Very drinkable for an IPA.

Draft at Avenue wine. Pours light orange with a half inch of white foam. Slight floral note on the nose. Bigger hop presence than I thought it would be but itís not exactly a hop forward beer. finishes. Lean. Solid but boring for style.

Tap at Dahliaís Pour House. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, wood, toast, hay and a touch of flavour. The taste is bitter pine, earth, floral, light toast, light caramel, resin and nectarine with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Smooth, well-balanced and rather drinkable.

Prob the best Florida ipa Iíve ever had. Now that might not be saying much, but seriously, itís a pretty good brew with a mellow aftertaste. So, try one, but maybe not a 6 pack.

The color was lighter than I expected which foreshadowed the rest of the experience. It's a very mild IPA with not too much hop character. This made it easy to drink, so I had 5 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at House of Beer in Orlando. Orange pour with a clingy white head. Great citrus and floral hop nose. Taste is not quite as bold as the aroma. Solid beer nonetheless.

Pours a translucent copper with a thick white head. Aroma balances malt and hops not an in your face ipa but really drinkable. Taste follows, very balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Crystal clear amber color. Minimal head that vanishes quickly. Some lacing. Quite bitter. The malt backbone must be light but detect some caramel taste. Pretty good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
