750ml split with the wife last night. Pours light golden yellow, white head, slight haze. Light wheat sweetness, mild spice, banana, clove. Pretty much a standard wit. Mouth is light, slightly creamy with prickly carbonation.

Hazed yellow pour with white head and lace. Aroma is ginger and fruity esters. Flavor is ginger, light fruity esters, a toucho honey, some lightly sour wheat malt and a flat malt bitter. Meidum body with good carbonation. Nice holiday type beer

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
You have to rate this beer on what it is. A Belgium Witt that uses a wild yeast that provides a hint of a sour note and taste to the beer. This beer is well made for a hybrid. The aroma is clean like a wheat beer with a note of sour but its pleasant and blends together well. Mouth feel is velvety and smooth. Like a wheat beer should be. Aftertaste has a slight sour finish which adds an unexpected but satisfying twist to this beer. The sour note and carbonation make it a very refreshing beer. Itís an excellent beer.

750 ml bottle courtesy of secret santa. Thanks. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold color with a small white head that has fair retention. The aroma is medium in strength with lemons and lemon candy. Tastes like a lemon meringue pie, lots of fresh sweet citrus set in a meringue style malt base. The palate is full and smooth soft carbonation. Finishes long and dry with lingering lemons. Overall: I really like this, A very good wit, thanks again santa.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours hazy gold, minimal head and lacing. Aroma is sweet and distant citrus. Flavor is refreshing- big citrus with hints of mint, rosemary, and ginger. Quite quaffable and very summery for a winter ale. Very nice, thanks Daniel (CheesedMan)!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy light golden colored pour. Big frothy white head. Plenty of lacing. Fruity malt and yeast aroma. Spicy. Taste is the same with a bit more fruit. Citrusy. Nice.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle grabbed from the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy nearly clear light yellow with a small quickly receding white head. Big fruit on the aroma, oranges, tart cranberry, honey, wheat, some funky yeast and just a hint of spice. Flavor is big orange peel, some lightly tart cranberry, a bit of coriander (?) spice, lemon peel. This is extremely light bodied with huge effervescent carbonation that makes this lighter and dryer than the regular version of Cottonmouth with less sweetness. Lingering orange peel and light sweetness. I like this a lot. A very very light holiday brew that can be sucked down all day long. They really hit the orange blossom honey and cranberry tart on the nose here. Nicely crafted if not the best Belgian Wit out there.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Was happy to find this on the shelf locally. Shared with family on Christmas Eve. The pour is a yellow-gold with a white head that yields spotty lacing. Dusty lemon aroma, with some yeast, citrus juice, and faint traces of holiday spice. This is light going down with flavors of lemon, oranges, light yeast, and notes of cranberry, and ginger, although I was looking for those last two. Maybe a tad watery but refreshing and I like their take on a holiday beer. Florida style!
