3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tasted during RBWG15 Grand Tasting. 750ml. Really interesting bubblegummy aroma up front, mild spiciness, leon citrus, mild oak, belgian saison yeast. Hazy golden color. Thin white head. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light dry finish. Moderate sweet taste, light tart. Solid, interesting saison.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
750, thanks Collin! This was a very fruity, moderately sweet saison. The brett did dry it out a little, I would wait just a bit more, lots of odd things going on but I liked it. Was very interesting.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with two fingers of tight white foam. Nose is nice blend of rustic grain, barnyard funk, old leather, earthy yeast, dusty grass and a touch of grapefruit. Palate follows with bright carbonation, nice floral herbal nuances that are well balanced with the funky barnyard, pineapple and peppered spice notes. Clean refreshing finish. Nice lighthanded brett saison !

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled @ Hunahpu Day 2014. Pours hazy yellow color with white head. Aromas of yeast and spices with some brett coming through. Lightly funky flavor with brett, spicy yeast and some fruitiness. Medium body with average carbonation. The brett has dried this one out compared to the regular version. I enjoyed this one slightly better.
