Bottle from Big C Winter Park. Pours out a moderate to dark brown with a nice off white head. Aroma is of woodsy/meaty smoke, light sweetness, charred grain, light chocolate. Taste is woody camp fire, light smoked meat, chocolate, charred malt, mild bitterness. Body is slightly watery.

750 ml bottle courtesy BMMillsy. Thanks. Pours a dark brown color with a big khaki colored head that has good retention. The aroma is medium in strength with smoke, chocolates and mocha. The taste was a nice balance of dark baking chocolate, smoke, ash, and bitter walnuts. A bit more bitter than I was expecting really. The palate is full and creamy with soft carbonation. Finishes long and dry with some lingering light smoke flavor. Overall: I would prefer a bit bigger smoke presence, this was a bit on the subtle side, but that minor quibble aside its an expertly crafted brewski and enjoyed it immensely. Thanks again Brian.

Tap at B&B junction winter park, fl. Roasted malt aroma with smoke and chocolate notes. Pours black with a thin off white head and no lacing. Smooth mouthfeel to start with notes of roasted malt and some chocolate. Finishes smooth and dry with a good amount of smokiness throughout. Nice porter.

750ml bottle. Pours black with spare beige head. Aroma is roasty chocolate malt, with smoky notes laid over top. Roasty and smoky flavors abound here. Full bodied with a smoky finish. This is great.

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a near clear dark brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of smoke and a bit of leather note with some dark grains and a bit of roasted malts. Flavor has the same notes of smoke and leather backed by dark grains and roast.

This one porued a darker brown color with a beige head. Aroma was of smoked malts, roast and not sure. Falvor was similar, a bit chocolat,e lacking in the smoke character, and a bit underwhelming

Bottle thanks to Sean for sharing. Pours clear dark brown with very little head. Aroma is all smoked meat but its not overpowering really. Taste is smooth, maple smoked meat. Maybe just a hint of cocoa too. So easy to drink but pretty thin. Not bad but pretty one-dimensional and thin.

Bottle: Thanks, Sean! Mostly black, only some mild brown translucency at the very edges, topped with a quickly fading, beige head. Sweet smoke aroma, like the liquid smoke used for cooking. Roasted malts, some very dry cocoa powder, & a slight woodsiness all around. Taste is full of more smooth smoke, introducing a lightly charred campfire essence alongside the mild kiss of hickory sweetness. Dark malt & more of that charred wood presence in the aftertaste. Very nice smoked porter, it went with the pulled pork butt very well!

Bottle: The aroma consists of smoked meat, chocolate, and faint roast. It pours a dark brown with some faint orange highlights. It had a small khaki head that quickly fades to a thin ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of chocolate and faint molasses. The finish has light-moderate smoke with a touch of roast. It’s light-medium bodied with mild carbonation.
