straw gold color, thin bright white head. Visible carbonation.
Stale cardboard and sweet corn nose.
Sweet corn, cardboard, cabbage and slightly metallic taste.
Some hop bitterness in the feel but otherwise highly carbonated and light. Gets sweeter and more metallic as it warms up. Good for a nuclear hot day on the top end but forgettable as heck.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2013 Poured a straw-amber with small loose white head which didnt last. Faint aroma only of malty cardboard. Taste of typical simple, boring pale lager, but thankfully not horrid and actually provided a moderately long clean better finish. Medium bodied, lively carbonation.

Pale golden, clear, medium head. I wouldn’t go so far as calling this "foul", but it is pretty boring. Sweet malt is really all you get for flavour (the same as all corn-adjunct, over-processed pale lagers on the market). I wouldn’t choose to drink it again if an alternative were available, but I wouldn’t turn it down if the beerfridge was empty on a Friday night.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2005 Just for scientific purposes, I polished of my pint of Belhaven and gave this a try. Tasted on draught at just about any bar in Western Australia. Whilst pouring the barmaid agitated the glass, I think just to give this beer life. And life it needed! Adjuncts in the aroma, with dank liquor, corn jack sweetness and CO2. Head disappeared as I quaffed my first. Adjuncts in the taste, I believe this beer was chemically conceived, it seemed I burped more flavour than I tasted. Harsh carbonation, minimal malt tones (household sugar flavour), and a little driving hop bitterness. Brainless Friday beer, with Saturday hangovers!
