Cask handpull at Swan on the Green. Dirty gold/green colour with lasting thickish white head. Nose of ginger and earthy hop, with muddy taste in mouthand then more ginger on the end. Had this before and liked it but this wasn’t good

Cask, Swan Brewpub, Kent. Hazy pale straw. Ginger nose with a hint of apricot, and ginger with a touch of cumin in the flavour. No mistake about that ginger. A gentle warmth in an unassuming, smooth, well behaved body.
