This medium bodied Amber Ale is brewed with all English ingredients. English caramel malts add to the color and flavor as the English hops round out this rich, malty ale.

On tap at the PA RF... Appears a dark copper toned amber with a frothy, off-white head that slowly fades away. Tons of lacing is left around the glass. Smell is sweet, malty, grainy, with caramel, & toffee notes. Taste is of the aromas with a light cocoa dusting that makes the brew a bit more interesting. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, sweet, and balanced.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2006 Tried at Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Reddish amber with ample white head. Good lacing. Bitter up front which quickly recedes into a crisp malty finish. Caramel malts rule throughout. Excellent. This brewery has really improved over the past couple years. New brewing equiptment and expanded space have helped.
