1 L flip top at PARenFaire. Pours turbid dull gold with white head and great lacing. Nose is bready malt, florals, spicy yeasty notes, heavy limey citrus, mild funk. The taste is tart, limey, with a fresh hopcitric flavor, giving way to floral, funky, and spicy notes. Solid complexity, and one of the tarter wits I have ever had. This one is very good, and a very unique representation of this style.

At draft at Bubes. Poured very pale filtered yellow in color with a little white frothy head. Aroma of oranges, citrus, yeast and coriander. Taste of mild citrus fruits, yeast, wheat malt, and slightly spiced. I enjoyed this one. It was just a nice solid wit.

Very pale, clear yellow pour. Some head and lacing. Aroma is yeasty with some coriander. Flavor is watered down sweetness with yeast and spiciness. Thin bodied. Not at all exciting. Passable example of a wit.
