DocLock (4083), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 19, 2008 1 L flip top at PARenFaire. Pours turbid dull gold with white head and great lacing. Nose is bready malt, florals, spicy yeasty notes, heavy limey citrus, mild funk. The taste is tart, limey, with a fresh hopcitric flavor, giving way to floral, funky, and spicy notes. Solid complexity, and one of the tarter wits I have ever had. This one is very good, and a very unique representation of this style. jehoey (704), Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 8, 2008 lightly acidic aroma with some wheatiness. spicy. golden and slightly cloudy. flavor was refreshing, grainy and spicy. light in the mouth. pretty good. Taste of mild citrus fruits, yeast, wheat malt, and slightly spiced. I enjoyed this one. It was just a nice solid wit. Edmoe (115), Orlando, Florida, USA Dec 30, 2007 Very pale, clear yellow pour.
