They had just put this one when I stopped by. Gold with a small white head. Loads of grassy hops and graham crackers, some dough, a bit of toffee, and some earthy bitterness. Very clean and refreshing, great carbonation.

Very slightly hazy straw gold with creamy white head. Aroma of light biscuit and floor-malted barley with a slight spritz of lemon zest. Flavor is a very light, yet refined pilsner malt with more biscuit/cracker and finishing with a nice, slightly citrus noble hop bitterness. Nice, light residual citrus bitterness. Is it simple - yes. But Mark seems to get an unbelievable amount of flavor into his low ABV brews. Accomplishes exactly what it should - clean, refreshing, absolutely no off-flavors. Nothing hiding in this one through over-hopping or a malt assault.

On tap at the brewery, pours a pale yellow with a thin white head and spotty lacing, the aroma is sweet with notes of grain and a little bit of grass, the flavor has a sweet front end of grain, nice mouthfeel for how low the abv is, nice.

On draught at the Sweet Mullets brewery taproom in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy golden pale colored brew with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, some pilsener style profile, a hint of citrus and toasted malt, Taste is light to medium bodied, flavors of golden grain malt, some spicy/grassy hops followed by some toasted golden grain malt. Finish semi-sweet at first, followed by a light spicy hop bitterness that slowly disappears. Excellent sessional beer.
