3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz. bottle in a trade with Darren. Best by 12/04/2013. Sampled 11/06/2013. Lots of particles suspended in a gold liquid. Thin lasting white head. Aroma of light grassy hop and citrus. Some grassy and floral hop flavors come through with a nice biscuit malt body. The bitterness in the finish fade quickly. Lighter in body, with a crispness in the carbonation. This could be a great session drinker. Certainly easy to drink even if it is very basic.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap at Soulshine Pizza Co, Nashville TN. If this beer was offered all over the place, I’d be happy as it was I wanted a hoppier Pale but this is quite easily drinkable and with its history and reputation it must be selling well.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle, out the bottle. Mild hop aroma, slightly citrusy, mild sweet malt. Flavor is also mild citrus, even for a pale, still lacking a little hop complexity and robustness. Slight metallic flavor.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle to pint. Pours a clear golden color, not a significant head on this one. Aroma is mild hops with some toasty malts. Taste is ok. Not much jumps out, I get a mash of hops and malt that finishes smooth. Not the best pale ale Ive had, but I would drink it again if it was all that was available. Not super impressed with the sweetwater beers I’ve had thus far, with the exception of the Dank Tank series.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Had a lot of this in atlanta. Was everywhere and bragged about by the locals. Really its a fairly good pale ale that i put on par with sam adams. light clear amber color with soapy head. This is light with citrus aroma and a touch of toast. It is refreshing with just enough full body to be satifying to have a bit slower.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Orange pour with some head that’s sticky ring around the edges. Nose is soapy, spicy, and citrus hops with sticky caramels blended in. Flavor is again the soapy, spicy, and somewhat citrus notes. Finishes dry and medium bitterness. The hops aren’t overly clean and great with this one.
