Bottle. Bottle conditioning shows up nicely but otherwise clear and light amber in color. A little skunked but in somewhat of a good way like a bitter hop aroma. Flavor is strong for an extra pale ale. Finish is smooth. A staple beer for sure. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice citrus hop aroma. Nice sweet malt up front. Bitterness comes in nicely. Balanced. Finish has some bitterness but pretty tame. Nice session beer.... Fresh and high quality.

Bottle. Dark clear gold. Decent head on pour quickly disappear ls into scattered lacing. Slightly sweet nose. Nicely dry hopped front tails into yeasty finish. Nice.

Tasted on 9/5/11 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Whole Foods. Pours hazy golden orange with an average white head that recedes to a thin layer of lace. The nose is pale cereal and hay malt with orange peel and lightly herbal bitter hops. The flavor is exactly the same with the cereal and hay malt leading in to the lightly bitter orange peel and herbal hops. The body is light with average carbonation and a medium citrus hops finish.

Decent Ipa offering from Sweetwater but not as good as the Sweetwater IPA. The color is closer to golden than amber like typical IPAs. Very bitter aftertaste due to the high hop content!

Nice. This is easily three and half stars; not over the top but very solid. The appearance does have some floaties, but nice color and lacing. Aroma is hoppy and pleasant. Taste is a nice bit of hop and not over taken by any sort of malt showdown. Finish is crisp and somewhat bitter but certainly not on the level of an IPA. Overall, I’m liking this as an easy drinking brew with plenty of hop flavor that’s just under an IPA.

Pours amber from the tap. A good hoppy citrusiness, other than color not sure why this isn’t an IPA. Good beer.

Draft. Fine but a little dull. I think this keg might have been a little old unfortunately.

On tap at PKs, Blacksburg VA. Meh. Some interesting malt flavors but the balance doesn’t appear quite right to me.

Nice enough effort. Spot on to style. Heavy on citrusy hops. Clean, crisp finish. Bitter notes all over the place. Just what you would expect from these guys. Thanks Bernie.
