3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Had from bottle on July 11th, 2003 - Day 11 of Blake's Beer Month™
An interesting beer, I enjoyed this one and I'm quite glad I got three in my most recent trade. The beer pours with a nice golden color, a fair amount of carbonation and a good sized head. The aroma is floral with a bit of malt and hops. The taste is quite nice - easy to drink - crisp, malty, a small bit of hops. I really enjoyed this one - it would go quite well with just about any meal...

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This one ranks right up there with Sierra Nevada in my opinion. It is always a safe choice. Always crisp and clean, a nice bitter hoppy pale ale, that is a bit on the musky side but is balanced out by a fruity hoppy aftertaste.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not too bad, but I won't be hurrying to have this one again. Holds no special place in my heart.

Draft: Light amber in color. Served way too cold at first. Light/moderate floral notes; quite smooth.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Very faint floral nose, lighter golden color. Very mild all the way around, smooth, balanced, crisp on the tongue. I agree with alcfron about drinking some of them on a hot summer day. By the way, thanks again alcfron.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Medium bodied, lightly golden, full of a nice long lasting sweet malt propped up with some hops for balance. The sweetness sticks around at the end, and is joined by an interesting peppery dirt flavor at the sides of the tongue. I could drink a lot of this on a hot day.

3.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pale, pale orange. Head had good fluff to start. Very faint hop nose. Nice, mild hop flavors and character. Very well blanced with some soft malt. Very good- a winner.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Seemingly average pale ale. Nice blond color. Light hop character. Taste reminescent of unsweetened ice tea. Finishes without a harsh aftertaste and is pleasant in the mouthfeel. Refreshing on a warm evening. Worth trying.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Thanks the Brewbandit for this bottle. Nice refreshing pale ale. Little for hoppier then the normal pale. Got kind of flat towards the end, however the hop flavor was still around.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma of vanilla, somewhat candy- or cake-like. LIght golden color with a small rim of a head around the glass. Dry and refreshing flavor, not very hoppy. Smooth.
