Malty, earthy flavor. A drinkable IPA...one of those "all day" IPAs. Not too much kick in the mouth, but enough to let you know you’re having a beer. Overall i enjoy this one...great on a summer afternoon for sure.

Light grainy gold with a solid quilt of fine white foam. Smells faint - grain, sweet malts, some corn and a little grassy (dried grass). Taste is corn, resin, a little bitterness, really tastes cheap; almost reminds me of corn pops cereal. Medium bodied with moderate carb and a semi dry finish. Meh.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle thanks to jrob21. Pours a hazy gold color with a medium rocky head with fades very slowly leaving chunky lacing. Sweet aroma with some grassy and fruity hops. Taste is sugary sweet with a mild bitterness. Lots of grassy hops with an odd fruitiness. Dry finish. Not my kinda pale ale.

On tap in Atlanta. Orange-copper pour. Slightly tinny aroma, but the flavor is actually quite nice. Crisp citrus hops up front, moving steadily into biscuity malts on the back end. Clean finish. Really not bad at all for a standard pale.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz. bottle in a trade with Darren. Best by 12/04/2013. Sampled 11/06/2013. Lots of particles suspended in a gold liquid. Thin lasting white head. Aroma of light grassy hop and citrus. Some grassy and floral hop flavors come through with a nice biscuit malt body. The bitterness in the finish fade quickly. Lighter in body, with a crispness in the carbonation. This could be a great session drinker. Certainly easy to drink even if it is very basic.

Tap at Soulshine Pizza Co, Nashville TN. If this beer was offered all over the place, I’d be happy as it was I wanted a hoppier Pale but this is quite easily drinkable and with its history and reputation it must be selling well.
