Bottle, I believe this was from Grant. Thanks dude! Pours a clear strawberry amber with a soapy white head. Belgian yeast and some kind of berry syrup fill the nose. Interesting but not altogether appealing. Highly spritzy mouth, not so cloying as I feared, quite focused on that Belgian yeast. Somewhat offensive flavor profile. This is one I can’t drink a whole lot of unfortunately. Finish is long, medicinal blueberry syrup, yeast, a touch of hops. Not my thing.

bomber. Pale redish amber belgian style w/ a bit too subtle hint of blueberries. The alcohol is masked slightly by the typical belgie yeast. I was really hoping for more of a Blue goes Belgian; not this for me. Succeeds as a typical bel. w/ a twist. More Blueberries Please.

Pours a nice copper color with minimal white head. Aroma is fruity with a hint of cloves. Flavor is mostly fuity with yeast as well with an apple cider like finish. I definately can taste the alcohol as well. Overall a decent fruit beer.

I think a majority of the blueberries fell out of the beer leaving only the slightest of hints. This was not superb but it was a good normal beer.

An alright beer, sampled at Darkness Day. Pours a clear light orange red with no head. Aroma is yeast, clove and berries. Flavor is sweet. Palate is sour, bretty and thin.

22 oz bottle courtesy of GAManiac. Thanks, Grant! POurs a muted orange amber, a bit hazy, getting darker as it goes up, a small offwhite head that laces a bit. Aromas are grainy, cereal malts, light sweetness of honey, wheat, and a light fruity berry essence. Slight Belgian yeast, doughy. Initial is lighter side of medium bodied, flour, dough, bread, and cereal malts up front, wheat with a light Belgian spice, decent banana, slight pear and apple fruitiness, a bit of dry champagne, light blueberry after all the cereal malts. Very subtle rye malts, Belgian yeast comes on stronger further in, dry and fruity, as the berry helps ease that down a bit, but still pretty much banana and Belgian yeast forward after everything. A bit of florals, light bitterness in the finish. This is ok, but not a huge fruit element overall for me, just a bit of a lacking Belgian.. not bad.
