Very dark beer with a good head. The maltiness is sticky and sweet, but that balances the bitterness and the fruitiness of the hops well.

Very bitter, caustic hoppiness, like a Californian double IPA. The maltiness only shines through in the color and aims, not flavor. Rough but good.

Bottle. Pours copper with foamy off white head. Nose of tropical fruit, piney, grassy, with some sweet caramel malts. Flavors has some big malt base, sweet caramel, piney and citrus hop notes. Big body, some good balance but not really my thing.

Bomber from McScrooge’s. Pours red with dense lacing and a white head. This smells dank, Sweetwater style. Great hop aroma on this with some biscuity malts. Solid, balanced, aggressive flavor. Hops are the highlight with strong citrus and herbs. Finish is refreshing. Seems like an Arrogant Bastard clone, not necessarily a bad thing.

Pours a thick, lasting tan head with a brown body. Aromas of pine, citrus, and roasty. Flavors of roasted malt, brown sugar, tropical hops. Finish is dry and bitter. Clean tho.

Very dark red, nice foamy beige head. Smells great - pine resin and a cookie-like sweetness. Really balanced, with a tasty, doughy malt base and a rough sticky hop bite. Lots of brown sugar, too. I could drink a lot of this...

Aroma is strongly hoppy, like dry hops rather than evergreen, with hints of leaves, pine and cloves. It pours a dark, semi-transparent, muddy brown with a fairly thick pale golden-tan head. Rich flavor has firm tones of hops, molasses, caramel and malt along with fruity, earthy and floral hints. Smooth texture has full body and a fair amount of fizz. The wacky story on the bottle is a hoot!

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with mahogany tint with light tan head and good splatter lacing. Smell is pine and resinous hops with grapefruit citrus as well. Quite potent. There are also some maltiness and a few nibs of chocolate. Taste Is hop forward with pine and citrus, but good balance on the sweet caramel malts. Certainly has the Sweetwater stamp - big hops and sweetness on the dank tank series. Whatever the classification is on this brew, it’s delicious.

Bomber. Nearly opaque deep brown with a thin disc of foam. Nose is fresh herb, ash and bowl, and caramel. Wow the taste is the same. Medium body is well-balanced and smooth. They definitely hit what they strived for on this one, I can even feel the ants.
