pale opaque yellow, light banana aroma, light banana flavor with a good deal of clove character, light bitterness, no orange, lost the magic in the 2nd year when it becomes a year round offering

12 oz bottle. This Belgian wit was very different. It had a nice citrus aroma and taste but a weird aftertaste. Not the best of wits Ive tried.

i’ve never been a huge wheat beer fan, but this one is good. It’s got some lemon and orange undertones, pretty subtle though.

Bottle poured a slightly hazed gold color with a small white head. Aroma was belgian yeast and a citrus tang. The flavor had a strong yeast note followed by a dry coriander and citrus finish.

Best if enjoyed by 07/15/07, 12oz bottle from shp555 and Mystery Swap 2.0. Pours a hazy light golden with a minimal white fizzy head, though a 1/2 finger head does rouse and quickly fade again. Yeasty banana, coriander and lemon are dominant in the aroma, and a hint of plastic. Flavor was much the same with the addition of some earthy hop flavor and bitterness that I get in a fair amount of saisons--the bitterness is pretty low though. Low carbonation with a medium body. Not too bad of a wit.

Good. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Lightly spicy, reasonably complex flavor. The only complaint was a strange, yeasty aftertaste that disappears at the next sip.

this is surprisingly tangy, but in an unappealing way. aroma gives off a citrus BBQ feel. taste seems a bit sour on the citrus. not much head or body

Pours a cloudy yellowish white gold with a small white head. Aroma of spices, light orange and coriander. Taste is light spicy with an orange citrus presence and hints of coriander. Nice warm day brew.
