SweetWater Hummer is a tasty Belgian White Ale brewed with coriander and orange peel. Cloudy with subtle fruit tones and a lingering finish. Everybody loves a Hummer!

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2007 Good. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Lightly spicy, reasonably complex flavor. The only complaint was a strange, yeasty aftertaste that disappears at the next sip.

this is surprisingly tangy, but in an unappealing way. aroma gives off a citrus BBQ feel. taste seems a bit sour on the citrus. not much head or body

Pours a cloudy yellowish white gold with a small white head. Aroma of spices, light orange and coriander. Taste is light spicy with an orange citrus presence and hints of coriander. Nice warm day brew.

Not bad. Very slight orange flavor. Would enjoy this while grilling on a hot Georgia day.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2009 Appearance: Pours hazy, light copper body with a small, fizzy white head. Smell: Strongly fragrant nose of coriander, clove, and dried orange peel. Ah, but wait, is that blanched green vegetables? Taste: Bready wheat flavor with plenty of yeast, bananas, and coriander. Infused with a sweet citrus kick. Finishes with that sweet-tart lemon flavor and that sneaky hint of veggies. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Moderately carbonated. Drinkability: I remember a bygone time when this beer was known as Summer Hummer and available only, well, during the summertime. I miss those days.

12oz bottle: Very pleasent smell of oranges in this beer. I thought it was very different from most witbiers I’ve tried in the past, and to be quit honest, I’m not a big fan of wits, but this was mighty fine. Taste was smooth and I could taste the orange and coriander. There was a bit of an aftertaste, but who cares. A nice summer beer

Good witbier. Hazy yellow color with nice head. Flavor was similar to Victory Whirlwind, but a little sweeter. How do I know this? I drank them back to back, that’s how. Refreshing.

Dull orange color with lots of citrus aroma, smelled like Orange juice! Flavor was citrus, with a slight banana flavor, more banana than expected for a wit bier, thought it would be more citrus, anywhoo... a very nice drinking brew, with alot of citrus, quite good! Thanks to shp555 for another great Brew!
