With the exception of the overly sweet afterntaste, I thought this is was pretty good Belgain white. Strong nose. It had a good mix of acidic and bitter flavor and aftertaste. Went down smooth, although got sweeter and sweeter as I drank. Im not a huge sweetwater fan, and think they’re a little overrated, but this beer was pretty good.

Bottle. Pours out a darker brown color without any head at all. Smell is orange, spicy, and sweet. Taste is similar. Not really much going on here, its decent, but im glad I didnt get a six pack of it. Pretty good after being outside for a while.

(Bottle (best before 9/21/06) via trade with goldtwins, thanks Larry!) Pours cloudy pale orangish yellow with a couple inches of white foamy head. Aroma of yeast, light citrus (orange) and I suppose the coriander (I’m no spice expert). Mouthfeel fairly soft, pretty refreshing. Flavor of the orange citrus and coriander over light yeastiness. Nice blend of flavors. Probably could guzzle these on a hot day.

Telluride Blues & Brews Fest Sep 06. Poured a light orange with a nice volcanic head. It was vaguely citrusy, but I didn’t get much more out of it. My limited exposure to Sweetwater has led me to be less and less impressed.

12oz - Aroma is orange peel, yeast, malt, and a touch of hops. Pours hazy gold with medium head and good lacing. Flavor matches aroma with the yeastiness leading into a strong orange finish. Palate is crisp and refreshing. Clean and tasty way to wash down a couple of slices.

via trade with goldtwins - Pours a cloudy golden color with a white film head. Aroma is spice and yeast. Has a spicey orange flavor. Has a slight tangy aftertaste. Light to medium body. A very nice, easy drinking beer. Thanks Larry.

Got a case of it before it runs out. Tastes like spicy oranges...not that I would like to have a spicy orange, but it’s good none the less. Good starter beer for pushing your friends on to good beer.

Bottle. Small white fizzy head, poor lacing, carbonation, hazy, and a straw yellow hue. Nose of coriander, oranges, spicy, clove and sweet. Flavor was sweet, spicy, clove and coriander. Smooth mouthfeel. Light body.
