COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
SweetWater Hummer is a tasty Belgian White Ale brewed with coriander and orange peel. Cloudy with subtle fruit tones and a lingering finish. Everybody loves a Hummer!

I am hoping that I sampled a bad bottle. 12 ounce bottle. Tasted and smelled like putrid fruit of some kind. Very disappointing. I am going to allow myself some recovery time, and try again in 6 to 8 weeks. Poured the remainder out after consuming maybe 4 ounces,

6 pack from Publix. Pours cloudy with a 1/4" head that dissapates quicly. No lacing when served cold, decent lacing when a warmer temperature is reached. Fair tracers. Good wheat taste, with a proper tang of orange and corriander in the middle, slightly dry lemony aftertaste. A very good witbier that will be even better enjoyed in the summer. I will buy this one again and recommend to BB.

12 oz bottle thanks to shp555. Pours a super hazy brownish orange with an average size foamy bright white head. Initial aroma of wheat grass, lemon and pepper. As the beer warms more citrus notes come through and a slight bubblegum aroma as well. Body is thin with astringent carbonation. Flavor has an initial sour acidic taste followed by wheat, grass and lemon. Refreshing as witbiers go but why the hell I am drinking a witbier when it’s below freezing outside?

Courtesy shp555...thanks! Pours a deeper orange than a typical wit. Thick head dissipates quickly into a thin residue, and I mean real quickly. Aroma is sweet and fruity...dominated by orange, but with some clove and coriander. Flavor is nice and robust for a wit...holds to the style but takes things a bit further with intense citrus flavors (primarily orange), and a good spicy finish. Yeasty, bready accents are in there as well, and this has a bit of a hefe feel to it at times. Level of carbonation is very good, and the aftertaste lingers long after the drink is over. Although I’m somewhat biased as a fan of witbiers, this is a very good first experience with SweetWater, and a great example of a wit

Better than what I expected. The pour was great if the head could hold up a little longer. Unfiltered golden pour, white, one finger head. Aroma of oranges, cloves and typical wit spice. Greatly pronounced. The flavor is light bread, citrus, and cloves. Slightly sweet with a dry finish. Super refreshing, definitley quaffable, great for the summer.

On-tap at the brewpub in Atlanta. Yeasty soapy head. Cloudy dull orange body. Unfiltered, with corriander and a bit of orange. Appropriate carbonation.

Peach color with a white head, a little cloudy. Has the smell and taste of coriander and orange. Light and refreshing.

Pours slightly hazy dark golden, very small white head. Aroma is coriander and orange. Flavor is a little thin but has coriander upfront and all the way, some orange is in there as well but really it’s all coriander not too much but it’s the only flavor. But overal a nice thirst quencher.
