Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-whiote head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and citrus, leading to a dry cardboard finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of brentfeesh. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Perfumy coriander nose. Light body, very tart citrus bordering sour. Dry, citrusy finish. Lingering infection I reckon. 111009

opaque light orange, thin frothy white head, sweet orange aroma, light orange flavor, touch of sweet banana, a raspy wheat character that helps to dry it out and create balance, hints of clove that comes and goes, the sweet banana and orange create the perfect blend and dominate the profile

Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with lemons and coriander. Flavour was somewhat sourish with wheat and lemons. Sourish dry finish.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with goldtwins (thanks!). Bottle notched best before Month 9 Week 4. Poured a deep and cloudy yellow color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of lemons, orange peel, yeast, and coriander. Tastes of citrus, yeast, coriander, and cloves. Some wheat present as well. Not a bad Witbier.

Rerate 2006 release (bottle): Pretty similar to what I remember, but not as much diacetyl as before. Still a little thin and not quite as balanced as it could be. Drinkable though, if nothing else.

First release 2005: Pours a cloudy, murky golden with a thin, lightly-lacing white head. Aroma is lightly spiced and citrusy. Starts semi-sweet, turning more dry and well spiced throughout with coriander and orange zest. The bottled version seems to have more of a buttered popcorn character that isn’t found in the draft version. Not quite as good as the retired Dogwood Summer beer, but decent nonetheless.
