COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2011 Pours amber colour with average tan head. Hopy and spicy aroma, some far fruity notes too. Malts, spiced, medium sweetness and medium bitterness in the taste. Medium body, average carbonation (maybe too much) and a nice bitter finish. Good one.

12oz bottle thanks to drowland, pours a hazy orange with a nice thick head and lacing through out the glass, aroma is full of citrus, grapefruit and oranges mixed in with the hops, the equally as impressive with massive amounts of tropical fruit balanced great with the malt and hops, very good brew.

A Blind IPA tasting with Uncle Steve, the Bobster, Brian the beer Pimp, Celticbrew and the original and only drbayern. Poured with a citrusy aroma, pouring a dark yellow with a fluffy head. The taste was that of grapefruit (which I DO NOT like), I found the mouthfeel and bittering just OK.

Bottle. Clear light oragne pour, plenty of carbonation and nice sweet floral hop aroma. Flavor has a nice malt backbone melded with a sweet orange hops, slick vanilla and lingers with a good bite on the aftertaste. Very good!

Bottle - brought to me by my friend Noel along with a Dank Tank bomber. Amber bodied with a frothy, beige colored head. Aroma is pleasant - big juicy hops, citrus fruit, sweet orange, caramel, and hop resins. Tastes like what I hoped for - a big, juicy, oily hop bomb. Lots of citrus fruit and pine with orange peel oil, grapefruit juice, fresh ops, caramel and sweet malt. Body is medium with a mild hop oiliness and a moderate carbonation. Ends with more orange, grapefruit juice, light pine, sweet malt, caramel, and hop resins. Tasty!

Color is a two tone sunburst, topped by a white head with some hints of gold. Aroma is hoppy, mostly citrusy but also a little bit of floral, rounded out by some doughiness and some toasted notes. The citrus flavor of the hops makes up most of the taste, giving you a sweet taste reminiscent of pineapples at the front and middle, balanced by bitterness at the end that comes in with a sharp bite and then fades. Its got a slick, medium body and you can feel a little of the carbonation as it goes through. I’m biased because I love pineapple, but this might be my favorite IPA. Overall, a great showing from Sweetwater.

Pours honey orange color with a 1/2 finger cream head. Aroma is strong hop. Apricot, pine and caramel. Flavor is well-balanced. Hop is resiny but butterscotch sweetness cuts the bitterness. Rich body leaving warming bitterness.
