COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

On tap during a layover at the ATL airport Sweetwater pub. Pours a light golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma is nicely citric hops, some melon, very freshy fruity, floral and a touch perfumey. Flavor starts sweet with some light citric hops, staying relatively soft but fresh and smooth. Finishes slightly bitter with a touch more aggressive hop notes. Medium body and a sharper carbonation. Very tasty refreshing easy drinking IPA.

Bottle pours a clear amber with a beige head. Good lacing along the glass. Defnite hop aroma with some additional spices. Flavor is malty and grassy. Good balance between the malt and hops. Nice amount of bitterness in the finish.

Very hoppy but balanced just enough to tame bitterness. The grapefruit aroma is very appetizing, but low alcohol content holds this beer back from being truly special. Overall a great supermarket beer!

Unfiltered, tasty looking IPA. Aroma is grapefruit, cheese, cereal, flowers, cellar. Nice hoppyness while staying pretty smooth. Juicy aftertaste, great beer. Happy to drink this till the last drop. (On my FL trip.)

Draught at mellow mushroom, Birmingham. Burnt orange pour with a thin offwhite head. Grassy, fresh aroma. Wonderfully balanced beer on the palate! Flavors of light malt withinimal sweetness followed by floral hops with medium bitterness. This beer is one of the best examples of the style and remains one of my go to ipa’s.

Poured from a bottle into a Brewgrass Festival tasting glass. Nice orange-amber color. Floral hop aroma with a bit of grapefruit mixed in...nice. Taste is fruity hops, grapefruit and some piney notes. Balanced with very tasty malt sweetness. Kind of reminds me of what a Bells Hopslam would taste like if it were not doubled up....in other words Excellante! Don’t know how I have missed this hidden treasure for so long.
