COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

12 oz bottle from Publix - Finally...a decent beer out of my make-your-own-six-pack. Appearance gets docked a bit because of a lack of a decent head, but the aroma is a nice floral/grassy hops mix. Tastes quite a bit like Drifter. Anyway, this is a nice beer. I’ll have another!

Thanks to Kirkpjr for this brew. I enjoyed pouring this brew into a Sam Adams glass an seeing a short lived one finger head that trailed of to a thin lace. The body of the brew was hazy amber in color. I guess maybe I have been drinking to many IPA’s from tap lately. I didn’t really get a ton of hoppiness coming from this brew. I got the typical citrus aroma with a lightly biter flavor. There was not much going on here in pronounced hop character. This one would make an awesome Pale Ale. Sorry guys not my favorite offering from Sweetwater

Draft at Brophy House (Gainesville, FL). Pours a slightly hazy copper amber color with a beige head. Awesome citrus floral hop aroma. Very good flavor as well with just the right amount of bitterness in the finish.

Bottle courtesy of Craftbeerdesign (thanks Geoff) poured a hazy orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of tropical fruit, tangerine, biscuit, pink grapefruit, pine and light earthiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of tangerine, pink grapefruit, light tropiucal fruit, light pine and light biscuit with a smooth dry lingering moderatly bitter finish.

Pours a deep copper color with a thick, creamy head that leaves a lot of lacing on the side of the glass. It has a wonderfully sweet, floral, perfume-like aroma. This floral hop character is well-balanced, however, by an abundant but light malt sweetness. The hop character is a welcome change from the citrus hop flavor that is so prevalent in many of the IPAs on the market. In addition, despite being an IPA, the bitterness is not overwhelming, making this a very easy-drinking selection.

Draft at Gene’s Haufbrau in Charleston. Pours a deep gold with a white head. Nose is fresh and citrusy. Some light floral, but the citrus is king. On taste, nice a bracing bitterness. More citrus and a dry finish. Enough sweetness to prop it up. Very good IPA.
