COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

This is my second beer from Sweetwater. It was consumed in the Atlanta airport Concourse C in the Sweetwater Pub. The IPA was a pint of goodness after a long trip. The hop aroma hit your nose with that wonderful citrus smell. The head was smallish but with lacing. The amber color was slightly hazy. The finish was smooth and some bitterness.

Bottle from fata2683,,,thanks Keith! - Pour hazy orange with a small white head. Tons of mango on the nose...holy crap is this fruity and fresh, with some sweet malt in the background. The taste is less fruity--there actually isn’t much taste until the finish, where the sweet, bready malt comes in with some sharper grassy, slightly fruity hops. Fairly watery, but I don’t expect this to be super full-bodied. Kind of syrupy with some nice carbonation. Smooth and easy-to-drink. Pretty nice.

A: The pour is a slightly hazy straw color with a fluffy white head on top and somewhat minimal lacing. S: The nose is full of fruity hops which tend to lean towards a mix of grapefruit and assorted tropical fruits, especially pineapple. The malt provides a biscuity aroma. T: The hops are front and center as they should be with an IPA. The flavor is slightly sweet with some grapefruit and pine to provide bitterness. Again, the biscuity, bready malts are present. M: The body is somewhat light and the carbonation is plentiful. The overall mouthfeel is rather light and refreshing. D: A decent little IPA from a region which is not necessarily known for good craft beer. Not a hop-bomb of an IPA, but an easy drinking example

Sweet fruity hop aroma. Clear golden color with a medium white head. Mild bitter beginning that fades to sweet in the finish. Light palate.

Fluffy, long-lasting nitro-looking head over a deep Incan gold color brew. Aroma of sweet grapefruit, flavor of sweet hops and light malt. Stings in the back. On tap at Mellow Mushroom, Murfreesboro.

Bottle from aracauna. Nice orange color with white head. Aroma of citrus (oranges and lemons) and resiny hops. Flavor similar to aroma with the crystal malts coming out in the finish. Medium body. Very drinkable IPA but the sweetness covered up some of the hoppiness a bit more than I would have liked.
