COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Pours light amber with a thin off-white head. Smells almost floral with a ton of citrus. Taste is not overly hoppy (I would like a touch more). Smooth with a watery finish. This brew was a pleasant surprise.

Pour is a clear orange with a large white head. Aroma is a peppery/pine hop with some caramel malt. Flavor is the same, a decent earthy pine hop followed by a decent malty backbone. Finish leaves a nice hoppy pine resin on the tounge. A solid IPA.

Poured from 12 oz bottle via BTMC - Pretty good ipa that nails many of required elements you would want in a drier ipa. Quite drinkable.

12oz bottle pours a hazy orange with a small off-white head. Nice aroma of tropical fruit, mango, pine, citrus, and caramel. Resinous pine, hop spice, mellowing in grapefruit, mango, with malt underneath. Nice!

Bottle. Pours golden orange with a white head. Piney and spicy hoppy aroma with some lighter grassy notes. the flavor has piney and fruity hops, with some light sweetness and light grassy and floral notes. Good stuff.

zestytaco (34) - Niceville, Florida, USA - JAN 8, 2012
Pours a crystal clear copper color with a frothy white head that fades quickly. Strong citrus hop punch up front with pine notes as well. No surprise on the taste. Hop blast up front with a slight cracker like malt in the end. This is a classic American IPA no doubt about it.

12 oz. bottle. Party rate. Aroma and taste had a great combination of floral and citrusy hops. Taste is very bitter for a single IPA. Lots of citrus up front with some piney hops in the finish, which is itself a bit abrupt.

I’m going to go ahead and call this one the best beer on the East Coast. Since moving from California to North Carolina, this is the only beer I’ve found after an extensive two-year search that lives up to the big-bodied West Coast IPAs that I had grown to love. Even if I selecting a beer from a taphouse back in California, if I saw this one ... I’d probably order it. Huge hoppy aroma that is backed up every bit by a bitter citrus taste. This beer is damn near perfect.
