COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2010 12 oz bottle. Very Solid sessionable brew shared with thanks by an Atlanta local. Alcoho0l is well hidden, great malt hop balace. Sorry about the skimpy review. Tick, Tock, TICK! [RE-RATE] Just had this on tap and it blew me away! amazing hop profile with a very canibus like profile. Rich body with a nice malt profile to compliment the hops, but not without letting them shine as they should. And wow, must have been drunk during that original rating haha.

This poured a bright orange color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was lots of nice pine notes. Flavor was also mainly piney hops with some citrus fruity notes in there as well. A nice smooth sweet malty finish in the end round this beer out greatly.

Trade with Fonefan. It is dark orange with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of citrus, grapefruit, mango and malt, that seems a bit dusty and stale, and light caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of oranges and other citrus fruits, mango, spruce, light caramel and it ends on a dry note.

Pours a deep orange with a thick white head. Aroma is citrusy, lemons and orange. Taste is well balanced, the bitter hops are met with enough malt presence to make this beer very easy to drink. I decent IPA, although not great.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange-amber, with a nice creamy white cap and delicate lacing. Nose is pungent, some resiny pine, very floral. Taste is quite hoppy - pungent, herbal, some resiny pine, a definite twang that you dont get from your standard west coast citrus-and-pine affair. Lingering bitterness is only moderate, and a the mouthfeel is crisp without letting the carbonation overwhelm the flavor. Some minerals on the finish. Medium-light body. Really nice beer - a unique take on the style.

Bottle thanks to Joe. Pours a clear amber color with a thick white head. A really nice nose of sweet hops, citrus notes and some oranges. Very rich and fresh. The flavor is similar, just loads of citrus hops, oranges, lemons, a light bitterness. Very clean and flavorful. An excellent IPA. Very quaffable, just like water, well....amazing water that will get you drunk.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2010 Pours a slightly hazy amber with a huge frothy white head. Pretty sticky too. Intense floral herb and resiny nose. Very fresh and clean. Pungent flavors of fresh pine and grapefruit muddled with tangerine. A touch of lemon zest and dry herbs in a mildly sweet caramel elixir. I to detect a tonic like twang. That is cool though I like tonic water. Finishes with a shot of tart fruit that is followed by a fleeting bitterness. Definitely as good as anything you will find in a grocery store. I would like to rate it higher, however, the West coast has ruined me.

12 oz bottle. Resiny floral hop aroma over caramel maltyness. Clear coppery golden with small white head. Big resiny hop flavor with a touch of fruityness and fairly high bitterness over caramel malt backbone. Medium body and mouthfeel. Finish is fairly dry and quite bitter. Very solid IPA
