COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Hops: Columbus, Golding

Dry Hop: Columbus, Golding

On tap @ the Draft House (Atlanta airport): Pours a clear copper with a frothy off-white head that is mostly lasting leaving nice lacing. Hoppy aroma has hints of pine and grapefruit. Flavor is citrusy with a tangy and bitter finish that is smooth and refreshing. A must try for any Hop lover!

By far the best beer that I have had from sweetwater. This is one of the most drinkable IPAs I have had. Nice strong flavor of citrus hops and light malt sweetness. Lightly bitter finish. Perfectly balanced. Light carbonation and small head.

Pours a cloudy dark yellow. Thin head. The aroma is a bouquet of citrus, pine, and just a little touch of hops. Lime, Lemon, pineapple, pine. The flavor is an increadably balanced mix of all of the above. Not too hoppy and not to over baring, the palate is smooth and thick but easily drinkable anytime of day. Wonderful example of an IPA.

12oz via GAManiac. Thanks, Pours orange with a 1 finger tan head. Nose is sweet and light, could use a bit of warming probably. Taste is sweet, with a mild hop flavor. This is decent, but lacks the oomph I like in ipas, that said its also drinkable.

Bottle, thanks to ericandersnavy. Has a very nice amber color with beige head. Aroma is just hoppy, very nice. Flavor is semi-sweet with a nice hop bitterness. Has a light to medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Overall, a very good drinkable IPA.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2009 On draft at the Sweetwater Taphouse in the Atlanta International Airport. Amber pour with thin light-tan head. The aroma reminds me of Troegs nugget nectar, with a slight ’old foot cheese’ quality. Pleasant pine hop flavor was enjoyable. A bit cloying on the palate.
