This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Bottle. Clear yellow gold IPA with a musty hop aroma, medium body, lots of carbonation, and a long bitter finish. A solid IPA all around.

Tap, orangish pour with a white head, good complex taste with bitter citrus and some sweet malt, nicely balanced and easy to drink

Unique! Pours a golden amber hue with white head. Heavy pine at the nose, like drinking a Christmas tree! Medium bitterness for an IPA to go with it?s medium body. The bitterness does stay afterwards and is a rather long finish with the lingering pine. Definitely worth a try.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2014 An orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is floral and citrus. The flavor is quite floral and somewhat resinous.

This is a staple of Sweetwater’s inventory, and this IPA is the first thing I’ll order in a FL/GA bar. Great malt backbone with the right amount of hop assertiveness without killing your tastebuds.

Poured from a bottle into a shorty glass. Small head, beautiful dark golden color, bubbles rising like champagne. Delicious floral notes, the carbonation plays well with the hops. Went well with sushi.

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass to drink. The beer had a cloudy deep amber-straw color with some fine sediment and an average-sized foamy white head with modest retention, but very nice cling and lacing. Its aroma had a pleasant blend of citrus, floral, and pine hops with bits of grain and perhaps wheat. The taste was a mostly grainy-citrus bitter blend with some earthy straw notes and a very light sour effect. It had very lively, fizz mouthfeel with high carbonation, and a thicker, fuller feel with a very dry character and finish.

Good solid IPA. Strong piney and floral notes in the nose. Good light copper color with a nice white head. Crisp and full palate. The carbonation worked well with the hop’s bitterness. Strong piney flavor up front that lasted throughout. Some caramel noted on the back end. Pretty well-balanced and easy to drink.

MY favorite go to beer. My wife loves it too. I like the bright citrus element of the hops. VERY drinkable and hoppy too.
