COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Golden-amber color with a smallish head. Aroma is powerful with a nice grapefruit-floral quality to it plus some sweet malts detectable. Flavor has a nice citrus hop balanced against some sweet, but subtle malts. Nice, but the flavor faded too quickly and didn’t quite live up to the great aroma. Not bad, maybe a super-fresh bottle would do it for me.

Bottle thanks to my friend bringing some back this way. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium sized head. Aroma is of citrus, pine, and hops. Taste is very very crisp! Grapefruit, and other citrus notes, along with a long lasting finish.

Bottle. HAzy copper with lasting medium head. Nice strong citrus and hop aroma. Taste? Hop, hop and hops. But you shouldnt expect less from an IPA. All in all smooth and light and a good tasting IPA

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2010 12 oz, bb 1/20/08. Clear, darkish copper with a medium-sized head that lasts. Aroma is strong grapefruit, pine and catpiss. Flavor is mostly the same with some hints of dry cereal and resin. Palate is light-medium, dry with hops and too frothy-airy.

pours a light tan head that bubbles and cloudy orange/amber color. Aroma is pine needles/citrus hops then sweet grapefruit comes through. Taste is pine needles/pink grapefruit rind-hops with some bitterness, secondary/faint medium malt. OK/mild carbonation.

A pretty decent Amerian India Pale Ale. fairly malty and a little light caramel. The citrusy and floral hops blend well into this brew.

A pretty good Indian Pale Ale. A pale hazy yellow colour and a white head. A good taste with a lot of hop flavor. I did like the Dogfish head 60min IPA better though. I drank this out of a shaker.

This a great beer. The aroma is sweet with hops and it has a great cream head. The taste has a great bitter sweet mix.
