COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

Awesome beer. Hop lovers dream. Orange pour with thick foamy head and thick lacing. Aroma of citrus and spicy hops. Taste very sharp with orange and citrus hops.

Draft at Emerald Coast Beerfest. Amber colored beer with a pretty good head. Excellent aroma of hops. Flavor was malt with the hop flavor strong but, not overly so just for the sake of bitterness. An excellent beer.

Had this one on draft at the Emerald Coast Brew Fest in Pensacola, FL. Poured a hazy copper color with a nice white head. Aroma is sweet and of hops. Taste is citusy and very hoppy. Mouthfeel is good. Drinkability is way up there. I thought this was excellent and will have whenever I get the opportunity. Unfortunately, not available in Mississippi.

(bottle, thanks Brewfiend) Poured copper with a white head. Very citrusy aroma with pineapple, orange, lemon. Fruit flavor as well which then gives way to a bitter finish, but not as bitter as some IPA’s.

Good and better than most of the style. Good hop aroma with citrus, plants, and salt. Medium sweet malt balanced by generous citrus-herbal hops. Dry, bitter finish.

Nice gold color with solid hoppy nose. Hops and grainy malts in the body. Not bad, but could have used less malt flavor and more hops.

Medium amber color - thin head. Aroma is hoppy - notes of pine, grapefruit and a hint of orange. Smooth body, flavor is moderatley hoppy, sort of tingly on the palate. Also adds a note of sugray sweetness that doesn’t fully blend well with the hops. Not bad, but not great.
