This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPAís lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If youíre at the brewery youíll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

On tap - copper gold with a substantial off-white head. Aroma is intense hops, flowers, citrus, and spice. Iím prepared for this to be another hop overkill IPA, but it surely isnít! Itís a wonderfully balanced, smooth taste and a perfect (for me) bitter finish. Slightly oily mouthfeel. This is good stuff, and I donít like many IPAs.

Darren hooks me up with a bunch of other bottles and cans. Thick cap of white head that sits on a clear gold liquid. Citrus and tropical fruits in the flavor and aromaís. Mango, peaches, and citrus in front of a large base of malt to help the balance. Some green tea flavor. A good amount of dry piney bitterness that lingers in the finish. Lighter in body with proper Co2. Overall, this is respectable in a bottle, so that means it should be pretty nice on draft.

Draft->shaker. Copper-gold with small white head. A: citrus and grapefruit hops, touch of malt. T: citrus, overcome by pine hops and resin. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Very good IPA.

Poured from a bottle. Definitely an IPA, but a little light in the hop department for me. Not saying its bad, but just for me needs more bite.

On tap. Pours a clear copper color with medium head. Aromas of candied fruit, grapefruit, and toasted malts. Flavours of toffee, light pine, and marmalade. Light bitter finish.

12oz bottle poured into pint. Golden color with a slight red hue, with about half an inch of off white foam head. Head stays around in the glass for quite a while. Aroma is a citrus hops. Taste is kinda bland, I donít get much hops or bitterness. Tastes pretty bad. This surprised me considering the other reviews I have seen. Possibly a skunked beer, but it is still before the best by date. Ill think about revisiting this one after I try a few more sweetwater beers.

Herbal and lemony finished with a nice malty depth. Quite a powerful beer on the quiet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I have had this in both bottle and on tap at Epcot DW. I find it to be a really good and a drinkable IPA juicy hoppy and well balanced really nice hard to find in the NYC. I exclusively drink IPA and this should rate higher than this.

Tap at Jekyll Island Seafood, ATL. Nice fresh apricot, citrus hop aroma. Light hazy amber, offwhite creamy head. Fruity, sparkly flavor. Medium light chewy body, creamy mouthfeel. Long lasting non-sticky hop aftertaste. Strangely enough the chilled glass I got the first time around was better than the non-chilled one.

Pours a nice gold with a thin white head and lots of bubbles cascading up the glass. Smells of citrus/grapefruit/pine hops with some malty sweetness. Taste is a letdown after the wonderful smell. Not as much hop character as Iíd like in an IPA. A bitter piney resin lingers on the tongue at the end, but there is also a malt sweetness in the middle. Beer has good carbonation, but mouthfeel is too light almost watery. Not a bad beer, but not one of the top IPAís either. Iíd like to have it on draft sometime to see if the hop profile is better fresh.
