COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

pours a golden color with a nice white head. the aroma is strong in hops: including grapefruit, citrus, very little grass. very appealing nose for a hop head like me. the flavor is bitter throughout, with a strong flavor of hops up front, i mainly get the Columbus hops in the beginning and ended by the Golding. The body and malt are a solid backbone that support the large flavor of the hops, which gives it some caramel taste. overall this is a very good brew.. definitely worth your time and money to try.

12 oz. bottle. Pours bright orange with a foamy beige head. The aroma is intense resin, pine and floral hops, with some hay and bread notes. The flavor is very bitter and well balanced up front, with the bitterness dominating the finish. The palate is medium to heavy, sticky, acidic and astringent. The aftertaste is long, very bitter and acidic. Overall, this is a very well made IPA, with powerful hops and just enough malt backbone to make it drinkable.

This smells quite nicely of citrus grapefruit. This is the first one I’ve had from these guys I’d have again. Some hops up front; just a bit metallic tinny in the body. Not a 90th percentile IPA though.

Bottle - thick, foamy head, light-medium color, citrusy aroma and taste - pretty good IPA

The aroma of this beer is of resiny hops, a very pungent smell of hops. It pours a light amber body with a bubbly white head that leaved plenty of lacing. It tastes of citrusy hops with a piney bite. Easy to drink and easy to have to many on a slow day.

From notes: Copper color, nice white head. Pretty nice head retention, nice spots of lace. A good looking IPA. Nose is citrusy, lots of grapefruity hops, with a caramel malt backing. Some slightly floral notes as well. A bit of sweetness, but not as much as I expected. Citrusy with some earthy bitterness. Dry finish. Medium body, carbonation is good. Overall, not as great as I thought from the nose and how many taps it has in the area. Alcohol is hidden, I’ll give it that. Which makes for easy drinking.
