Great tasting IPA. Not to in your face with the hops but not so weak where the hops don’t come through either. I would consider drinking this as a starter but once I got going into the night it might be a little too mellow for me.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nutty, honeyed, caramel, piney, citrusy, and stone fruit aromas. Slightly hazy merigold-orange with a lasting, whiye head. Dry and bitter, wonderfully balanced. Light-medium bodied with refreshing carbonation, and a very clean, crisp finish.

Try it at the brewery and be amazed. Excellent citrus hops, yet far from a hop bomb. Malts are well balanced. Prime example of what a session IPA could be.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: pours a 2” cream colored fluffy head that recedes slowly. Color is clear copper. Moderate lacing and carbonation bubbles.
Aroma: aroma is very citrus. Tangerine, Orange rind, Grapefruit with some bread dough in the background.
Mouthfeel: fairly light, carbonated, and a little bit sticky with a mostly dry finish.
Flavor: as expected for an IPA, the hops dominate the flavor, but they don’t overwhelm the malts completely. There is the grapefruit and tangerine but it is balanced with some sweet caramel and toasted bread flavors. There is a lingering bitterness coating my entire tongue and throat after the swallow.
Overall: This is a very nice and well balanced IPA.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy burnt orange color with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is sweet citrus fruit up front, some caramel malt and pine in the middle, finishes a little thin, with some sour lemon and grapefruit. Really refreshing IPA.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a small foamy head that fades quickly, leaves a little webbing. Aroma is fresh flowers with some pine and citrus too. Tastes has a nice light sweetness with a strong bitterness. Very smooth and fresh hop taste with a nice malt backbone. Super refreshing IPA. Medium body, nice oily mouthfeel. Really impressive IPA.

Very nice middle of the road IPA. Hardly "mommoth" and hardly "Kick You In the Teeth Hop Chop". Very much like a wonderful session IPA. Carbonation was low in this bottle, hardly any head.
