This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Bottle into pint glass. Hazy golden-amber color with white head. Aroma of citrus/piney hops, slight floral note too. Taste is more malty then aroma led on, notes of caramel, vanilla added to the hop bitterness. Medium body, moderate carbonation, balanced sweet/dry with slight lingering bitterness. More malt heavy then expected but pretty tasty.

Mild to moderate sweetness with some caramel and toffee. Nice bitterness with grapefruit, pine, orange peel, floral flavors. Great but not quite on par with the best ipas. Still very delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle from 6 pack. First sip is surprisingly clean and crisp. Predominantly bright citrus and pine, but it’s immediately clear the body is weak and perhaps even under-carbonated. All the same, strong.

Bottles from Rally Dunedin. Aroma smells like an IPA. Appearance is very welcoming. Bottle looks sick. Love the fish. Palate is weak but smooth. Tastes like a weaker IPA. A little watered down, but very smooth and drinkable. A refreshing beer. Good for hot days and with food. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Citrus, grapefruit, piney, very refreshing IPA. Love this reasonably priced local brew as a regular stocked item.

Bottle - 12oz. Slightly hazy, amber body with a thin off-white frothy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with melon and mango hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries citrusy (mostly grapefruit), malty, and some grainy notes. Ends with a long, robust bitter finish. Very good IPA. Thanks again, Kevin and Christina!

Pours from 12 oz bottle a hazy copper orange with a fluffy off white head. Aroma is moderately floral, has hoppy flowers, resin, grapefruit, apricot, moderately malty and lightly yeasty. Flavours are pine and pineapple, although the strong carbonation makes detecting them difficult. Resinous finish. This beer’s subdued hops are fine by me, but I disliked the taffy sweetness. An ok beer, but I haven’t bought it since.....

Fantastic grapefruit aroma that does not come through in the overly bitter taste. Unbalanced and a bit soapy.
