COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Bottle into pint glass. Hazy golden-amber color with white head. Aroma of citrus/piney hops, slight floral note too. Taste is more malty then aroma led on, notes of caramel, vanilla added to the hop bitterness. Medium body, moderate carbonation, balanced sweet/dry with slight lingering bitterness. More malt heavy then expected but pretty tasty.

12oz bottle in Seattle, picked up by my brother in ATL. Bright, right brown-tinted gold, very full creamy head. Tart malty aroma, good bright hop and sharp. Only disappointment is the feel of the body, a bit light and cardboard-carbonated. Super clean, very tasty, very bright. I quite like it.

Clear orangeish amber with very generous head. Very fruity aroma with citrus, fruit salad, pineapple, clementine. Medium mouthfeel and not too dry. Biscuity malts more present in taste than aroma. Hops more subtle with mild bittering on finish.

Bottle at home. Leafy hop and citrus aroma. The malt is a bit biscuity and toasty. Subtlely hopped. More of an APA, but pretty nice.

Bottle. Orange blossom and pineapple, leafy hops, some light sweetness, a hint of biscuity malts and dryish finish. An enjoyable IPA.
