COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

This is the best beer I've ever tasted that came out of GA. A nice clean ipa. Strong strong aroma and tasty floral hops, not overly piney and the alcohol is understated. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

My local store finally started getting Sweetwater beers. This beer pours a light amber with average head and looks clear but upon closer inspection there is a lot of sediment floating around and some larger pieces have settled at the bottom of the glass. I am surprised this isn’t mentioned by others. The aroma is excellent with strong citrus notes and it seems there is a little pine mixed in as well. Taste is initially sweet and very similar to a red grapefruit with a nice bitterness. Overall it is very crisp, medium bodied, and refreshing. This would be awesome at the beach. This beer reminded me of another beer and at first I couldn’t remember what but then realized it was Double Duckpin. This is a watered down version but that is not meant to be a negative since I am comparing an IPA to an IIPA. People may disagree but that is what it seemed like to me. I will have to try the two side by side. Anyway, this beer is excellent and I will be buying more in the future.

A good, solid IPA. Pours an dark golden color with a tight white head. Aromas of citrus, pine and some toffee. Tastes more of the same with a good balance between the bitter hops and sweet malt. Clean and crisp finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle at home while visiting Jacksonville. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Very nice grassy, floral, sappy, piney, resinous aroma with some tangerine too. Medium body, medium carbonation. Quite a bit of grapefruit juice, lemon, pine, light caramel, orange candy, light toast... Pretty crisp, dry and bitter - nice balance. Tasty.

Pours copper with white head. Citrus aroma with pineapple , floral hop and pine. Flavor is big citrus with pineapple, sweet malt with mineral notes in the middle and a big grapefruit and pine finish. Solid IPA. I’ve had Sweetwater multiple times when I was in Atlanta for business travel, it’s good to see it in Maryland now.

Bottle. Fruity citrus peach aroma. Taste is sweet and fruity with a dry bitter finish. Very good IPA.
