COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPAís lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If youíre at the brewery youíll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

A fantastic ipa from sweetwater. Bursting with flavor and hopps. Goes down really smooth with no aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dank hop resin. Slight floral. Good amount of bitterness for the style. Low sweetness. Bready malt on the back.

Bottle best if enjoyed by 08/23/DO934. Sweet nose heavy pine and chewy caramel, pour hazy orange with medium carbonation and a large and jiggling beige head. Taste unexpectedly strong (very strong) bitterness, but clean, with little bits of pith but not too much on the tropical side, much more pine with additional smoothed wood, combing perfectly with the yellow-green pixie dust of Goldings in a match made in heaven. Fullish body crisp and slightly smooth, I might like a hint of tartness but what is actually here works quite well. Cleans the palate, refreshes without aggression, a very nice change of pace in todayís equatorial world of IPAs. [2016.08.16: 3.7]

Drank straight from the bottle. Nice citrusy aroma. Lots of grapefruit and lemon to the taste with some pine following. Lively carbonation and a nice medium body. Very well balanced offering!

12 oz bottle, purchased in St. Pete. Originally picked out to be my first Georgia beer, but turns out they are easier to find in Florida than I thought. Instead, it travels home with me, and I barely dodge the best by date. Pours a standard copper color with tons of foam head that lasts. Solid hop floral aroma. Flavor is juicy hops, and near absent bitterness. Overall very tasty. Didnít expect this IPA to be close to the home norm for me. Awesome.

Pours amber with an off-white head. Sparse lacing. Nose is mild malts and hops; citrus notes, hint of grassiness. Taste is well balanced. Biscuit-like maltiness with bright citrus hop bitterness. Solid IPA.

On draft at Golden Crust, Red Lion, PA. served in a English pint. Pours slightly hazy amber, one finger frothy off white head. Nice lacing and retention. Aroma of lemon and biscuit. Taste is medium bitter, slightly bready sweet. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, slightly sticky mouth feel. Finish is dry. Tasting notes of herbs, tangerine, spruce, baked bread and lemon zest. I enjoyed this one!

I detect mild malt and mild hops in the aroma, which is not very prominent. What I do smell is nice. The off-white head thins very fast while the amber body is clear and quite attractive. Itís got a nice taste to it. Thereís a dense quality to it; certainly no light beer. The malt and the hops are nicely balanced, so the bitter and the sweet are harmonious. The carbonation is a bit high, but not too bad. The burn fades, letting the oily mouth feel and hoppy aftertaste come through. This is the only time the hops win out, in the aftertaste. I would consider this the session brew, despite the somewhat high ABV for such consideration. Itís a nice IPA.
