COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. If you’re at the brewery you’ll be able to guess what style of beer every brewer has in his hand. THE BEER YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING FOR!

Malt: 2 Row, Pale Malt, Munich, 70-80 Crystal, Wheat

12oz bottle from SpringsLicker! Copper color with a medium, quickly receding head. Good hoppy aroma with some grass and grapefruit notes. Well balanced, a bit mellow on the hop bite, at least for my tastes. Medium body and mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Slightly warming finish, a solid IPA!

12oz bottle - pours pale amber with offwhite froth. Nose is pine and borderline cat urine. Flavor adds light caramel. Moderately bitter despite what the label says. Solid.

Bottle from tackle box. First let me just say this beer is crazy good. Strong flavors yet sessionable. Pours copper with minimal head and minimal lacing. Really earthy hop aroma somewhat like grapefruit from another planet. Taste is the same but with an indescribable factor there. Sweetwaters best that I’ve had. Palate is medium. Carbonation is alive along with the flavor. This is an all around good IPA. semi- complex yet simple. I could inhale it all ding dong day.

Nice middle-of-the-road IPA. Citrus infused, piney, a little dank, a slight caramel backbone. Drinkable and solid, but nothing too memorable.

Fantastic aroma of Northwestern hops. Beer has great body but I think the malt is too heavy for the bitterness. I had 3 of them so take my remarks at face value.

Nice clear pour. Nose of vanilla malt into oily orange peel. Taste is a little malt forward but finishes dry and long for a ipa. Not bad.

Deeps copper color with thin white head that dissipates quickly. Slight aroma of hops. Flavor up front is the nice bitter hopping from the columbus hops. Good lightly hippy finish, good standard ipa thanks Tim for bringing on back.
