12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy hops, some caramel malts, a light rye spiciness, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not a bad beer, but could be better.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear orange and copper with a two finger white head that leaves a good amount of lacing. Citrusy aroma. Orange, grapefruit, peach and white bread. Taste is malts and rye up front with biscuit, pine, slight citrus. Slightly spicy, but mild overall. Dry but long finish of malt and grapefruit. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Not really outstanding, but definitely good. Would like to have seen the rye boosted a little more.

12 oz. bottle in a trade with Darren. Best by 12/04/2013. Sampled 11/05/2013. Hazy amber gold hue with lively bubbles from the Co2. Traces of lacing. Smells of a standard amber type ale, toasted pale malt, caramel, hints of floral hops. Flavor starts with rye bread, toasted grain body with citrus and rye in the finish. Medium body with a drying texture on the tongue. Balanced well enough, good but nothing really stands out to me with this one.

Pour is clearish orange with small white head. Aroma is oily citrus hops and light cereal malt. Taste is lightly malty at first quickly ramping to more and more hoppy and finishing with a nice rye bite. Nice level of carbonation and weight on the palate, slight alcohol bite. Overall very drinkable, enjoyable, and probably my favorite sweetwater.

At GABF. Aroma of caraway. Flavor if rye malts, mild hops and a big rye finish. Easy drinker, with flavor.

Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Smells of fruity citrus and spicy rye. Taste mildly bitter, with a strong citrus punch and a kiss of rye. Medium-bodied with a slick texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Terrapin LowRYEder finishes with a mild lingering spice.

Not bad not so bitter as most Sweet Water beers. Ncie and crafty to drink. Some amber features.

12 oz bottle. BB 11/21/13. (Midtown Wine) Nashville, TN.
Clear deep golden colour with a small white head. Sweetish intense fruity hops, exotic fruits, malt and nice mild bitterness in a delicious aroma. Mild bitterness, fruity and piney hops and strong malt in the balanced flavour. Smooth! Good IPA.

12 oz. bottle. Thanks Joe! Light orange color, with a medium, beige head. The aroma is distinct rye, honey, light resinous and pine hops. The flavor is nicely bitter, and lightly spicy. Light to medium body, smooth and a little grainy. Nicely drinkable, with good rye spiciness.
