COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Road trips are carefree adventures that usually take unexpected twists, like when we created this beer. It started out as a Pilsner recipe, but halfway through it blew a tire and Ale yeast was put on as the spare. The result was so good, it never could have been planned!

Hmm. this is weird. Has the dryness of a pils, but I’m getting a bit of butter in this. Not all that good, but drinkable.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle from Brusin’ Ales. It pours a light hazy yellow with a small, foamy white head. The nose is a little yeasty with slight Belgian notes and candy sugar. Perhaps a hint of coriander. There are citrus (grapefruit), honey, spicy noble hops, some grass, and an unusual sugar sweetness up front with a pithy bitterness in back. Very interesting. Light in body with average carbonation leading to a medium to long, lightly bitter finish. It tastes like an American attempt at a Belgian IPA. Fairly well balanced and certainly drinkable. A good summer brew. 3.3

Poured fresh from my kegerator. Golden straw color with a soft, white head leaving behind minimal lacing. Nose of corn, hay, and grassy hops. It tastes a lot like a crisp, hoppy pils but finishes more quickly than more pils. Instead of getting yeast flavors in the aftertaste, it’s just a touch of hops, maybe similar to a very light American pale ale. It’s as easy drinking of a warm-weather beer as I could ask for.

12 ounce bottle, pours a light golden color with a medium white head. Has aromas of lemon, potpourri, and grass. Flavor matches the aroma profile, but has a little spice in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Poured a clear golden-light orange color with a thin white head. Pale malt, hay, subdued caramel, and sweet cream aromas. Light bodied and dry with pale malt and noble hop flavors. Not unpleasant.

Bottle. Pours golden with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavor are grainy, fairly hoppy, some bready flavors. Didn’t do much for me.

A pale gold pour with a white head. The aroma reminds me of orange juice. The light body has a smooth texture with lively carbonation. The taste is mostly sweet, then it finishes slightly tart.

Plisnery tasting beer, some very light hop characteristics going on. Some vert light bitterness shows up in finish. Meh-
