COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Road trips are carefree adventures that usually take unexpected twists, like when we created this beer. It started out as a Pilsner recipe, but halfway through it blew a tire and Ale yeast was put on as the spare. The result was so good, it never could have been planned!

Location: Draft at Big Sky in Buckhead, 3/20/14

Aroma: The nose is mild citrus hops, some grassy notes, malty notes, and some spice
Appearance: The pour is a clear, pale yellow color with a small white head and light lace
Flavor: The taste is light sweet, a touch thin flavor-wise, with a lighter hop bitterness
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a solid, easy drinking mouthfeel, and a light dry finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was an okay beer. It is on the lighter, thiner side, but it certainly isn’t bad. Easy drinking.

Shared from a 12oz bottle into a nonic glass. It poured a mostly clear yellow colour with deep, sudsy, white foam, long-lasting with lots of lace. Fairly neutral pilsener-style grainbill with some pleasant hops in the aroma, lots more hops in the flavour. Faintly fruity and spicy ale characteristics. Light body, strong carbonation, crisp and clean finish. Good stuff.
