If that didn’t slide pas your uvula, we’re sure this brew will. Sch’Wheat delivers radiant thirst quenching rays of citrus tones to this light bodied wheat ale creating an exceptionally quaffable experience. We left ’er unfiltered and, as always, unpasteurized to leave all its natural flavors intact for ultra lip smacking session-ability with your favorite folks.

Draft sample at Knoxville Brewers Jam 2010. Cloudy pale in the glass with a creamy white head that left light lace. Yeasty aroma. The flavor found a clove and lemon mix. Light body.

Hazy yellow gold pour with minimal white head. Citrusy, green light hops Kinda like an american hefe with lemon juice and weed. Interesting, but not exactly my cup of tea.

I had high expectations for this beer both because it’s a wheat beer and because it’s brewed by SweetWater Brewery. I like a lot of wheat beers but this one has an original taste in its own right.

Bottle from Danny boy. Clear yellowish color. Light white head. Aroma is clay, sweet malt, citrus and grain. Taste is sour malt, orangey notes that fade into nothing. Finish is oddly absent. Oh there’s the aftertaste! Oh no.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with fata2683. Pours a hazy pale gold with a moderate white head that lasted through two-thirds of the glass and left a nice layer of foam with each sip. There is not much going on in the aroma department with this beer. Perhaps a few notes of wheat and lemon, but that’s it. The flavor is grainy wheat with a bit of lemon. Very mild bitterness at the finish.

Thanks to Kirkpjr for this brew. A very unique brew I poured it into a hefe glass and was greeted with a big pillowy white head. It was a strange clear yellow colored body with huge bubbles coming up in the glass. I will say that for being as strange sounding as the appearance was I did find it to be appealing. I got a sweet wheat smell coming from the brew. I also got a light banana aroma as well. The flavor was sweet and bubbly with a touch of citrus. The brew had a light feel with tons of carbonation. After sitting here writing this review I finally figured out what this brew reminded me of, Citrus flavored club soda but yellow in color. It did drink real well but not what I expected Serving type: bottle

Tasted at Sam’s. Should have been scared off by "American Wheat Ale" on the label. Is that really ever a good thing? Tastes like most of ’em, with a grainier than usual flavor. Bleh.
