Our lightest beer is a golden colored lager...smooth with an exceptionally clean finish.

About what you’d expect from a light beer. Straw, water, and some light citrus. Tried with Anne in VA in 2014.

1st sample I tried and very refreshing at the 1st taste. Nice appearance, light head, and very nice light flavor. This one is the way to go when sitting outside in the heat.

5 oz. sample at Sweetwater Tavern in Merrifield. Pale straw color with no head. No aroma to speak of. Taste is faint corn. Utterly unremarkable.

On tap 5 oz. sample at Sweetwater Tavern in Centreville, VA. Clear, sparkling, very light yellow with no head or lacing. Aroma of corn soup (not the spicy variety). Taste light hops, corn and grain. Light, watery body and medium/high carbonation. You don't expect much from a "light" beer, but surely there are better examples of the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Extremely pale yellow color, scant white edge head. Aroma of subtle straw. Taste is very watery black pepper. When you taste other low alcohol beers like Fanø Havgus or Struise Single Black, beers like this one don’t stand a chance.

sonnycheeba (3568) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 19, 2012
Draft. Pours pale yellow with fizzy white head; short retention and some lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, straw, light citrus and floral notes. Flavor is all sweet malt, light cookie mostly, light fruit esters, and a crisp finish. Light body, medium carbonation, and low warmth.

decaturstevo (5072) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - OCT 10, 2011
Pale yellow with creamy white head and lace. Aroma of light malt and paper. Light sour malt, light paper, and a light bitter finish. Thin and watery with good carbonation.

kramer (5005) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 15, 2011
Tap. Pours a clear pale yellow with lots of visible carbonation. Small wispy white head. The nose is light crackery malt and a little corn, but pretty clean smelling. Minimal flavor, just light corn and some lightly husky bready malt, minimal to no hops present. Light bodied and fizzy with a nice crisp finish. Pretty bland overall, but it’s much better than the average brewpub light beer.

It’s not as shit as it could be. Pours nearly clear with no aroma and little foam though it does effervesce nicely. Tastes a bit of corn otherwise it’s tasteless especially when served this cold. Finishes clean.
