Tap at Merrifield location. Pours hazy straw yellow/gold with a large, frothy white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is banana, clove, light orange, coriander, and wheat malt, no detectable hops, and light fruity esters. Flavor is huge malt, lightly sweet banana and fruity esters, light bitterness, orange/citrus notes, clove, dry finish, crisp and refreshing. Light body and warmth, medium carbonation.

Hazy gold, foamy white head. Soft banana bread and clove aromas with just a touch of lemon throughout. Banana spice essence rounds with a soft nutty earth and tangy citrus foundation. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, lightly spiced, yeasty finish. A sessionable rendition…

Merrifield location. Hazy yellow color. Beer was suprisingly good (a little too cold, like all their beers). Aroma was a bit too weak (due to cold). Flavor was a sweet wheat flavor, with a nice amount of citrus. Pleasant.

A really great beer. I got it in a five beer sampler and then I got a glass and a growler of it. It has a great banana/pear hint with the nice, tart flavor of wheat beers. The mouthfeel is very clean and crisp. Not much aftertase. This is an incredibly refreshing beer and that’s what really sets it apart in my opinion. It seems like the perfect beer to drink after you get back from the gym.

A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very lightly wheaty - it was served very cold, which influences my ability to pick up the aroma. The flavor is sweet wheaty with light citrusy notes and a dry wheaty finish.

Draught at Brewpub - RBSG DC 06 Misty beige yellow, nice head and lacing. Nose of light bleach, strong clovey esters and a touch of sulpher. The flavor is crispy with tart citrus and light hops, musky wheat, moderate sweetness. Just a bit too tart for my taste.

(Draught) Pours a murky golden body with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of bananas (Lumpy would love this beer) and some yeast. Good banana and clove flavor. An enjoyable American Wheat!

Very pale yellow, slightly hazy. Almost no aroma. Light banana. Thinner than typical. Not their best beer.
